Justine Basile is a Principal on the Equity Strategies team at Gallatin Point Capital LLC, a private investment firm focused on opportunistic investments in financial institutions, technologies, services, and assets. Before joining the firm, she worked in financial institutions M&A at RBC, where her transactions included BB&T's merger with SunTrust and Laurel Road's sale of its digital student lending platform to KeyBank, and she previously contributed to M&T's operating plan and regulatory stress tests through its Management Development Program. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School.

Martin Nefontaine is a Managing Director at Cube Infrastructure Managers, where he serves as Co-Head of the Connecting Europe Broadband Fund, overseeing investments in greenfield projects tied to the EU's digital infrastructure. He has more than 15 years of experience in infrastructure private equity across Europe, spanning the transport, environment, telecom/digital, and energy transition sectors, including sourcing, executing, and managing investments. He studied engineering at École Polytechnique and economics and corporate finance at the London School of Economics.

Raphael Props is a Senior Investment Associate at Cube Infrastructure Managers. He holds a Master in International Finance from HEC and a degree from Bocconi.

Tiffany Yang is a Partner at Orion Capital Managers, where she oversees investments across Germany, the UK, and Central and Eastern Europe. Her responsibilities include deal sourcing, structuring, and asset management.

Bethany Dupree is VP of CFO Services at Venture First, a CPA and two-time CFO currently pursuing a JD in corporate and securities law. She previously served as CFO at Spalding University and Sullivan University, and earlier worked as Controller for Schnell Contractors and founded her own CPA firm, Smith CPA and Associates, PLLC. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is completing her JD at Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Partner and senior investment team member responsible for deal origination, underwriting and asset management in the UK and German markets. He joined Orion in 2014 after roles at Resolution Property and Lehman Brothers.
