Aurélien Roelens is Managing Director at Cube Infrastructure Managers, where he has led ESG efforts since 2010 and works across digital infrastructure, energy transition, transport, and environment. He serves as a board member of five companies spanning cold logistics, public transport, telecom, and waste management, and has taught an infrastructure private equity elective at HEC Paris since 2015. He founded a microfinance initiative in Togo in 2009 and holds degrees from Ecole des Mines, EM Lyon, and HEC Paris, along with the CAIA designation.

Izzet Güney is a Portfolio Assessment Analyst at Cube Infrastructure Managers, where he previously interned as a Portfolio Analyst working on valuations, market research, and business model reviews. He completed a Master in Management with a Financial Track specialization at ESSEC Business School, following a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from Sorbonne University, and has prior experience through a two-year apprenticeship at BNP Paribas Global Markets. He is fluent in Chinese, English, and French.

Léo Leseney is a Managing Director at Cube Infrastructure Managers with more than 15 years of experience in infrastructure private equity across Europe, spanning the transport, environment, telecom/digital, and energy transition sectors. He serves as Co-Head of the Connecting Europe Broadband Fund, where he leads investments in greenfield digital infrastructure projects and works with boards and management teams to structure, finance, and scale infrastructure platforms. He studied engineering at École Polytechnique and economics and corporate finance at the LSE.

Mustafa Demir is a Managing Director at Cube Infrastructure Managers. He has more than 13 years of international experience across infrastructure, investment banking, and private equity, including greenfield and start-up investments. His background covers major transactions from origination through closing, as well as data analytics and machine learning.

Arisa Akimoto is Investor Relations Manager and Head of Asia Coverage at Cube Infrastructure Managers. Her background is in the private equity and asset management industry, with experience in fundraising, client service, GP/LP management, and market development across private asset classes. She holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge.

Brice Vivies is Head of Investor Relations and Communications at Cube Infrastructure Managers. He has a background in civil engineering and finance, and has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, France, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.

Mélissa Khelili is an administrative assistant at Cube Infrastructure Managers. Her experience includes record keeping, office support, report coordination, and sales.

Bethany Dupree is VP of CFO Services at Venture First, a CPA and two-time CFO currently pursuing a JD in corporate and securities law. She previously served as CFO at Spalding University and Sullivan University, and earlier worked as Controller for Schnell Contractors and founded her own CPA firm, Smith CPA and Associates, PLLC. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is completing her JD at Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Partner and senior investment team member responsible for deal origination, underwriting and asset management in the UK and German markets. He joined Orion in 2014 after roles at Resolution Property and Lehman Brothers.

Partner active in acquisitions, asset management and realizations across Europe, focused on complex corporate transactions, larger assets and debt restructurings. He joined Orion in 2002, was previously at Arthur Andersen, and is an Ecole Polytechnique graduate.
