Luc Maruenda joined the Group in 1999 and is a Partner leading its Wealth Solutions activity, where he has built out private wealth management offerings for French and European private investors. Before joining, he helped launch a private equity program in the United Arab Emirates, co-heading venture capital investments for The National Investor in Abu Dhabi, and earlier worked in the offset team of Giat Industries (Nexter Group) in Abu Dhabi, as CFO of the startup Webcorp in San Francisco, and as a manager at Cabinet Constantin in Paris and New York. He is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a master's degree in business law.

Mathieu Teisseire is a Managing Partner at Eurazeo leading the Investor Relations team, which he joined in 2015 to support the group's international growth. He works with institutional and individual investors worldwide, and previously served as Senior Advisor at Everest Capital, led business development for Europe and the Middle East at Protégé Partners, and advised Rothschild & Co on its Middle East expansion. He holds law and political science degrees from Université Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne, taught criminal procedure at Sorbonne Abu Dhabi, and is admitted to the Paris Bar.

Noëlle Wydauw is a Partner on the Investor Relations team, handling investor relations for France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and French-speaking Switzerland. She joined the group in 2012, after working independently as an originator and arranger of leasing finance transactions for European companies and individuals. Earlier in her career she spent ten years at BNP Paribas in fixed income and equity sales roles, and held sales positions at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and François-Dufour-Kervern; she holds degrees from the University of Strasbourg, Clermont-Ferrand, ESSCA, and the Sorbonne.

Siu-Wai Ng joined Eurazeo in 2026 as Partner and Head of Product, coordinating across investment strategies, investor expectations, and market positioning. She has over twenty years of experience in asset management, product strategy, and investor relations at global asset management platforms, including more than ten years as Partner and Head of Product Development at RBC BlueBay Asset Management. She holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and is a CFA charterholder.

Stéphanie Courtadon is a Partner leading the Marketing, Product Development and Client Services teams within Investment Partners, and is a member of Eurazeo's Management Committee. She has over 25 years of experience in financial marketing and investor relations, including work across private equity, private debt and real assets. Before joining the group in 2016 as Head of Marketing, she held roles at Siparex, Crédit Agricole Private Equity, AXA Investment Managers and HSBC Epargne Entreprise, and holds degrees from ESSEC and Paris universities.

Adrien Pinelli is a Managing Director in the Investor Relations team, responsible for European and international public and institutional affairs as well as fundraising and investor relations in the Middle East. He previously spent nearly two decades as a diplomat at France's Quai d'Orsay, working in the Middle East on France-Gulf partnerships, and later served with the World Bank and on the COP21 team behind the Paris Agreement. He is a graduate of ENA, Sciences Po, and ENS.

Johann-Felix Herter is a Managing Director on the Investor Relations team at Eurazeo. He previously launched and led the private debt practice at Selinus Capital, headed private credit for the DACH region at BlackRock in Munich, and set up private markets funds at Bankhaus Lampe. Earlier he led business development at Golding Capital Partners and began his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company and McKinsey, focusing on financial services and private equity.

Julien Trezza is a Managing Director on the Investor Relations team, responsible for fundraising and investor relations in Southern Europe. Before joining the group in 2021, he spent twelve years at BNP Paribas, where he began in the ALM Treasury department and Investment Partners business, later leading Private Asset investments in Italy for BNP P Cardif and holding roles in its actuarial department, including M&A operations. He holds an actuarial expertise certificate from the Institut du Risk Management, master's degrees from Sorbonne Université (actuarial science) and Université Paris-Dauphine (asset management), and a master's from NEOMA business school.

Lionel Florentin is a Managing Director on the Investor Relations team, leading the Client Services activity. He began his career in 1995 as a financial analyst at BNP in Singapore, later held business development roles in financial services including at eFront Financial Solutions, and joined Amundi in 2007, where he eventually became Global Head of Institutional Client Services in 2018. He holds a Master 2 in Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering from Université Paris-Dauphine.

Solomon Moos is a Managing Director on the Investor Relations team, responsible for fundraising and investor relations in Asia. He joined the group in July 2016 after working as an RFP Manager in the business development department at Allianz Global Investors, and previously at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management. He holds a Master 2 in Financial Engineering from the Sorbonne in France and a Chinese language and culture diploma from Hainan University in China, and holds dual French-American nationality.
