Kristin Leung is Managing Director and Head of North American Investments at Cloud Capital, where she helps oversee the firm's acquisition strategies and investment management in the region. She previously spent over 16 years at GIC, helping lead the Americas Real Estate team and overseeing its global data center investment strategy and expansion since 2018, and earlier worked as a Vice President covering REITs in equity research at Morgan Stanley. She holds a B.S. from Boston College and is a CFA charterholder.

Kyle Lewis is a Managing Director of Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital, working from the London office since 2020. He leads the firm's data center investment activity in Europe and selectively in the United States, covering origination, evaluation, negotiation, and asset management, and sits on the Investment Committee. He previously spent nearly a decade in RBC Capital Markets' M&A group advising on digital real estate and infrastructure transactions, and holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance with an Economics minor from the University of Denver.

Shariar Mohajer is President and Chief Investment Officer at Cloud Capital, which he helped establish in 2020, overseeing the firm's investment, fundraising, and operations. He has more than 30 years of experience in M&A and private equity advisory focused on the communications infrastructure sector, having executed over $100B of transactions. Before Cloud Capital, he led the Communications Infrastructure M&A practice at RBC Capital Markets as a Managing Director for over 14 years, and previously worked at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Fredrik Stocklassa is a Vice President of Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital, which he joined in 2021, where he handles the evaluation and execution of investments. He previously worked for four years in investment banking, most recently as an associate on the Transport & Infrastructure team at Rothschild & Co, focusing on M&A and debt transactions in digital infrastructure and energy. He holds an MSc in Finance from ESADE Business School.

Lisa Collado is Vice President of Transaction Management and Closing at Cloud Capital, where she manages the details of acquisitions from contract to close. She has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate across property types including healthcare, data center, retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and student housing, with expertise in due diligence, insurance, legal, budgeting, and property management. Before Cloud Capital she was Vice President of Due Diligence and Insurance at Sila Realty Trust, Inc., and she holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Strayer University.

Octave Bellet is a Vice President of Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital, where he handles the evaluation and execution of data center investments. He previously worked on the data center M&A team at NextEra Energy Resources, focusing on combinations of data center and renewable energy investments and helping deploy over $500m of equity in traditional and modular data centers. He holds a BA in Economics with a Finance specialization from the Claremont Colleges.

Vivian Kuo is a Vice President of Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital, where she handles evaluation and execution of data center investments for the fund. She has over six years of experience in data center investments and M&A execution. Before Cloud Capital, she worked on the Mergers & Acquisitions team at RBC Capital Markets, focusing on communications infrastructure, and holds a BSc in Mathematics with a specialization in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Brandon Arvon is a Senior Associate, Asset Management at Cloud Capital, which he joined in 2026, where he oversees the firm's data center investment assets and works on site-level performance, portfolio optimization, and execution. He previously held roles at AWS and JLL, accumulating over seven years of experience across data center, retail, and institutional real estate. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Maryland.

Christof Hammerli is a Senior Advisor at Cloud Capital with over 25 years of experience in acquisitions, corporate development, finance, and risk management. He previously led Cloud Capital's acquisition of third-party data center assets across the US, and before that founded and led the Digital Infrastructure Division at Landmark Dividend as EVP. His earlier roles include Chief Acquisitions Officer at Carter Validus, Director of Corporate Development at Equinix, and positions at MetLife and Credit Suisse.

Dawn Yu is the Tax Director at Cloud Capital, handling tax compliance and planning for the firm's U.S. REIT and fund entities. She has 18 years of tax experience across public accounting and private industry, previously serving as Tax Managing Director at BDO with a focus on partnership tax for private equity and real estate clients, and earlier roles at a big four firm, a Fortune 500 corporation, and a private entity firm in the DC area. She holds a double BS in accounting and finance from the University of Maryland and an MS in taxation from American University, and is a CPA in Maryland and Virginia.

Dermot Heron is the European Tax Director at Cloud Capital, based in the London office, where he joined in January 2024 and handles tax compliance and structuring for the firm's European fund. He previously worked as a Director at Deloitte LLP, advising Real Assets clients on business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and financing structures. He is a chartered accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and holds a BA Honours in Land Economy from Homerton College, Cambridge University.

George Airs is an Associate of Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital, which he joined in 2024, where he handles the evaluation and execution of data center investments. Before Cloud Capital, he worked in investment banking advisory at Torch Partners, focusing on Digital Infrastructure M&A transactions including data centers. He holds a BS in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Isaac Stewart is an Investor Relations Associate at Cloud Capital, where he supports investor relations, fundraising, and marketing efforts. He previously worked as an investment analyst at JBWere, an Australian wealth management firm, allocating to private market and alternative funds and conducting due diligence across real estate, infrastructure, private equity, private debt, and hedge funds. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology and is an admitted lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Jason R. Weaver is EVP, Head of Capital Markets at Cloud Capital, where he leads the firm's debt capital and financing strategies. He has over 30 years of experience in banking and capital markets focused on real estate, telecom, and communications infrastructure, previously holding senior roles at KeyBank across its Institutional Real Estate, Real Estate Debt Capital Market, and Media & Telecommunications groups. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.

Jeffrey H. Foster has been a Senior Advisor at Cloud Capital since March 2024, after previously serving as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. He earlier held CFO and Chief Accounting Officer roles at data center REIT DuPont Fabros Technology, guiding it through its 2007 IPO and 2017 sale to Digital Realty, and held accounting and finance leadership positions at Global Signal, Danka, and Progress Telecom, beginning his career at Arthur Andersen. He holds an accounting degree from the University of Florida and a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida, and is an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at Georgetown University.

Jerome Combredet is Head of IR and Capital Formation, EMEA at Cloud Capital, focusing on investor relations and capital formation across sovereign wealth, consultant, corporate, and insurance communities. He has 28 years of experience in similar roles across banking and asset management in London, Paris, and New York, including 10 years at Brookfield AM. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and International Affairs from George Washington University.

John Comerford is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Cloud Capital, where he oversees finance, operations, compliance and ESG. He has more than 30 years of financial services experience, including founding-partner and COO/CCO roles at Everett Capital Advisors, Brennus Asset Management and Plexus Partners, and earlier positions in treasury risk management and commodity trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London (1995–2002). He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master's in Accounting from University College Dublin.

John Forbes advises fund managers and investors on the structure, operation, and governance of open and closed-ended real estate funds, and founded John Forbes Consulting LLP in 2013. He previously spent 26 years at PwC, where he was a partner and the firm's international subject matter expert for real estate funds. He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser, and Chartered Surveyor, and participates in industry committees at AREF, the IPF, and ULI.

John Siegmund is the Portfolio Manager at Cloud Capital, where he oversees valuation, performance measurement, and investor reporting, and supports financing transactions and investor relations. He has over seven years of institutional portfolio and asset management experience in real estate, previously working as an asset manager at American Real Estate Partners, a Portfolio Management Associate at ASB Real Estate Investments, and a Senior Analyst at JLL's Public Institutions group. He holds a B.A. in History from Denison University.

Liridon Sylisufi is European Counsel at Cloud Capital, where he handles the company's legal affairs across Europe, covering acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, funds, financing, construction, and leasing. He has practiced law for a decade, previously advising on M&A and joint venture transactions at Jones Day and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and spent a year seconded to CBRE Investment Management. He holds a law degree from the University of Cambridge.

Lisa Bollard is Vice President of Compliance at Cloud Capital, where she handles regulatory compliance and the implementation of governance frameworks. She has over 20 years of experience in financial services, having held compliance, corporate administration, and governance roles, including positions at BroadBand4Africa (part of Eutelsat SA Group), Ondra LLP, Mercator Partnership Ltd, and Kazimir Partners. She holds a BSc in Forensic Psychology and an LLM in Commercial & Corporate Law from the University of London.

Fund Finance Manager overseeing fund finance operations including investor reporting and financial close, who joined in December 2024 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at Mazars Ireland.

Mia Martin is a paralegal at Cloud Capital, which she joined in 2026, supporting the team on legal documentation, transactions, and governance alongside European Counsel. She previously worked at a Magic Circle law firm on legal contracts, corporate governance, and compliance. She holds an LLB in Law and Politics from the University of Glasgow.

Neal Diplock has served as a Tax Senior Advisor at Cloud Capital since June 2023. He previously spent roughly 25 years at PwC, where he advised European, Asian, global, and single-country real estate funds, joint ventures, and separate accounts on structuring and transactional matters. Before PwC, he worked at HMRC (formerly Inland Revenue) as an Assistant Principal Inspector for over two decades.

Richard Stubbs is the Fund Controller for Europe at Cloud Capital, where he handles fund setup and documentation, investor onboarding, acquisition funding, reporting, and tax compliance. He has more than 25 years of experience in senior finance roles across real estate and private equity investment management, previously serving as Head of Fund Financial Administration and Investment Reporting Director at the SCP Group and as CFO of the listed REIT Residential Secure Income. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Exeter College, Oxford.

Spencer Yang is a Senior Accountant at Cloud Capital with five years of experience in public accounting and private equity. Before Cloud Capital, he worked on audit teams at BDO USA and Deloitte, focusing on publicly traded technology clients and international financial organizations. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Missouri State University, a B.S. in Business from Liaoning Normal University, and an M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Maryland-College Park.

Tatiana Commette is Chief Accounting Officer at Cloud Capital, responsible for accounting and financial reporting across the firm's fund entities and investments, and supporting acquisitions and financing transactions. She previously served as SVP and Co-CAO at ASB Real Estate Investments, overseeing accounting for an approximately $9 billion core diversified real estate fund, and spent ten years at American Capital in its accounting organization. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and Auditing and an M.S. in Business Law from Belarus and has been a licensed CPA in New Hampshire since 2016.

Vivian Tongalson is Head of IR and Capital Formation, Americas at Cloud Capital, where she oversees capital formation and product strategy, including fundraising and investor relations. She has over 20 years of experience across alternative asset classes such as real estate and infrastructure, with prior roles as Managing Director at Grubb Properties and Head of Investor Relations at Northwood Investors. Earlier in her career she worked at Credit Suisse, The Blackstone Group, and Highstar Capital, and she holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
