David led Vodafone's corporate venture team in Europe for 14 years as Chief Engineer for Technology Evaluation. During his tenure the fund ranked in top 5 CVCs, and he was recognized by Wired Magazine as a top 100 innovator and named one of the most influential CVCs.

Michael brings 15 years of senior leadership experience at ARM Holdings and TTP Communications. As co-founder of Accelerated Digital Ventures, he deployed over £85 million and built a portfolio of over 30 companies, having led teams investing in excess of $500 million in deep technology businesses.

Andy Green CBE spent 22 years at BT in leadership roles including board member, four years as CEO of Logica, and five years as NED at Arm. He has extensive experience with public companies and was awarded a CBE for services to the IT sector and British space industry.

David is a qualified accountant with strong background in the tech sector from roles at AOL, Vodafone, and tech startups. He co-founded Accelerated Digital Ventures with Michael Dimelow, raising over £100 million, where he served as COO and CFO while managing compliance.

David is an experienced technologist with over 26 years in the mobile industry, starting at Vodafone R&D and later serving as Senior Technical Director at GSMA. He is a Chartered engineer with a Masters degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and holds seven patents.

Paul has over 40 years in banking, brokerage, and asset management. He was CEO of Smith New Court, EVP and President of Merrill Lynch Global Markets, and founded NewSmith Capital Partners. He serves on several boards including S4 Capital and as senior advisor to Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank.

Richard is a qualified chartered accountant with experience across audit, transaction advisory, and finance leadership roles. He has worked in small to mid-size finance operations and global marketing and SaaS companies, focusing on commercial support and establishing scalable processes.

Stephen has over 40 years' experience in the insurance industry. He founded Catlin Underwriting Agencies Limited and served as Chief Executive of Catlin Group Limited. He was recognized as Ernst & Young's UK Entrepreneur of the Year and inducted into the International Insurance Society Hall of Fame.

Sue Prevezer QC has over 25 years' experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration at the highest levels of the UK judicial system. She practices as a mediator and arbitrator and serves as a Non Executive Director at S4 Capital.
