Richard is a qualified chartered accountant with experience across audit, transaction advisory, and finance leadership roles. He has worked in small to mid-size finance operations and global marketing and SaaS companies, focusing on commercial support and establishing scalable processes.
Stephen has over 40 years' experience in the insurance industry. He founded Catlin Underwriting Agencies Limited and served as Chief Executive of Catlin Group Limited. He was recognized as Ernst & Young's UK Entrepreneur of the Year and inducted into the International Insurance Society Hall of Fame.
Sue Prevezer QC has over 25 years' experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration at the highest levels of the UK judicial system. She practices as a mediator and arbitrator and serves as a Non Executive Director at S4 Capital.
