She previously spent three years at Catchafire, a technology-powered social enterprise, where she led market expansion and platform development for skills-based volunteer and nonprofit capacity programs.

Andy Jarvis is Director of the Future of Food at the Bezos Earth Fund. Previously, he served as Associate Director General of the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT, where he led the CGIAR Platform on Big Data in Agriculture, a $31 million initiative to advance agricultural development through information and communication technologies. Over his 20-year career in developing countries, Jarvis has conducted research on agrobiodiversity conservation, climate adaptation, and data-driven policy analysis, with more than 90 publications and recognition including the 2003 Crop Science Society of America C-8 Genetic Resources Award and the 2009 Ebbe Nielsen Award.

Beatrice Laureano serves as Executive Assistant and Nature Team Associate at the Bezos Earth Fund. Her background includes work in customer service, research, and science, with interests in conservation, marine ecosystems, and science education.

Camilo Ramírez is Head of Events at the Bezos Earth Fund. With over a decade of experience in senior management, he has organized large-scale events involving international leaders and developed internal initiatives for organizational advancement. He advises senior leadership across teams on strategic matters.

Cecilia Martinez serves as Chief of Environmental and Climate Justice at the Bezos Earth Fund. Her background includes policy analysis and applied research in energy and environmental topics, with work as a principal investigator on state-level issues such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, environmental justice, and climate change. She has also held roles in university faculty and departmental administration and served on state and national governmental advisory boards.

Cristián Samper is Managing Director of the Bezos Earth Fund. He is a biologist with three decades of experience in science, environment, and public policy, including roles as founding director of Colombia's Instituto Humboldt, director of the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, and president and CEO of the Wildlife Conservation Society, which operates conservation programs across 60 countries. He has served on multiple nonprofit, academic, and foundation boards.

Daniel Henriquez is a Multimedia Producer at the Bezos Earth Fund with experience in video production and direction across multiple platforms and sectors. His work spans strategic communications, digital marketing, and content production for campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and brand development. He holds expertise in pre-production, post-production, logistics coordination, and client relations.

Daniel Schensul is an Advisor for Sustainable Economic Development at the Bezos Earth Fund. He brings fifteen years of international experience in climate change mitigation and adaptation, sustainable development, human rights, and humanitarian emergency response. His work encompasses policy analysis, data systems design, UN negotiations, and research on nature-based solutions, urbanization, and poverty reduction.

Dave Burton is Director of Finance & Accounting and Controller at Bezos Earth Fund, where he also serves as a Board Member. He brings over 20 years of experience in nonprofit finance and operations, with expertise in budgeting, internal controls, accounting, fundraising, and team management. His background includes strategic planning and work with senior leadership, board members, and donor relationships.

Diana Johnson is Senior Manager of the Greening America's Cities program at the Bezos Earth Fund. With over 15 years of experience in government, nonprofits, and philanthropy, she focuses on food, health, and climate initiatives that address community needs. Her work emphasizes partnership-driven solutions informed by data and input from stakeholders directly engaged in implementation.

Dominique Hite is an executive assistant at the Bezos Earth Fund, where she coordinates initiatives with the Chief of Environmental & Climate Justice. She brings over 10 years of experience in operations and executive support across philanthropy, higher education, and public service, with previous roles at Johns Hopkins and Emory University. Hite is pursuing a doctorate in organizational leadership at Northeastern University and operates Hite Advisory LLC, a grants management consultancy serving nonprofits and small businesses in Maryland.

Eric Wilburn is a Program Officer for Nature Finance at the Bezos Earth Fund, where he focuses on developing market and non-market mechanisms to scale climate and nature finance globally. His background includes community-based conservation and social enterprise work in Sub-Saharan Africa, followed by experience mobilizing finance for nature-based carbon projects across the global south. He works at the intersection of policy, technology, and innovative finance to strengthen the integrity of climate solutions and catalyze funding for nature-positive initiatives with biodiversity and ecosystem service outcomes.

Erin Jones is General Counsel at the Bezos Earth Fund, where she leads the organization's legal and programmatic objectives. Her background includes C-suite roles at major global institutions, with expertise spanning legal compliance, organizational strategy, risk mitigation, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

Ethan Jenkins is a Manager of Events at the Bezos Earth Fund, where he organizes convenings that bring together diplomats, philanthropists, scientists, and innovators to address climate, energy, finance, and biodiversity challenges. Previously, he served as a Program Officer at Meridian International Center, managing global exchange initiatives worth over $4 million and coordinating professional visits for more than 500 international leaders from 70+ countries on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. He holds an MA in International Development from George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs and a BA in International Studies and Spanish Studies from American University.

Tom Taylor is President and CEO of the Bezos Earth Fund. He previously spent 22 years at Amazon as a Senior Vice President and member of the CEO's Senior Team, where he led initiatives in global operations, e-commerce services, and artificial intelligence. Taylor holds dual master's degrees in management and mechanical engineering from MIT, as well as a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech.

Wilson joined Vynn Capital in September 2024 as an Investment Analyst focused on deal sourcing and due diligence. He holds a finance and investment degree from TARUMT and previously interned at KAF Investment Funds.
