He has more than 18 years of global experience in AI and data-driven industrial transformation across sectors including digital health, energy and renewables, advanced manufacturing, and ESG-focused fintech, and holds certification as an ESG investing professional. His work spans international business development, deeptech and impact investing, venture incubation and scale-up, along with speaking, coaching, lecturing, and advisory engagements.

Stephen Geddes founded Mainspring Fund Services in 2010, which Apex Group acquired in 2023, and previously spent eight years as COO at Pi Capital. Earlier in his career he worked at Eden Capital and Hambros Bank. He is a graduate of the University of East Anglia and the University of Cambridge.
