He has served as an expert witness on U.S. securities law in foreign court proceedings.

Albert Berdellans is Global Head of Artificial Intelligence at Inveniam, where he leads work at the intersection of AI and blockchain focused on providing cryptographic proof for AI agent activity. He architected NVNM Chain, Inveniam's attestation blockchain, as well as the platform's fraud detection agent and Know Your Agent identity framework. Previously, he applied machine learning and automation at enterprise scale across a $4 billion private portfolio spanning real estate, technology, agriculture, and the arts, and led technology efforts at a major music festival organization.

Bobby Yablunsky is Executive Vice President at Inveniam Capital Partners, where he manages administrative operations, stockholder relations, and internal fundraising efforts. He oversees human resources functions and provides tactical and strategic guidance to client teams. Prior to this role, he worked as a venture capitalist and clinical therapist, bringing experience in both investment and psychology to his work with personnel and clients.

Harit Talwar is Chairman of Better and serves as a board member at Mastercard, KPMG US, Apexon, and Inveniam.io. He was a partner at Goldman Sachs, where he founded and led Marcus, the firm's consumer banking business, before that serving as President of US Cards at Discover Financial Services. His career includes leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and Citibank, as well as board positions at the American India Foundation and Ashoka University.

Jackson Blau is a Senior Manager of DeFi and Digital Assets at Inveniam, where he works on blockchain applications for private market assets. He holds a degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan, where he also completed an independent study in Blockchain and Tokenization. His background includes experience in entrepreneurial settings focused on blockchain technology and digital assets.

Kerry Rudy serves as Co-President at Inveniam Capital Partners, where he oversees an enterprise data platform facilitating liquidity in private markets including commercial real estate, private credit, private equity, and infrastructure. He brings 30 years of investment banking experience from positions at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, BMO Capital Markets, and PNC Capital Markets, with a background in capital formation, debt and equity financing, and multi-sector investment evaluation. Kevin Cuddeback is Chief Data Scientist at Inveniam Capital Partners. He has held marketing and decision-science roles focused on building information-based and e-commerce services, with consulting experience in data-science product innovation and lead generation. His expertise includes market sizing, revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and marketing analytics.

Krisi Flournoy is Director of Employee Operations at Inveniam, where she builds scalable HR systems for early-stage companies. Her work encompasses applicant tracking system design, onboarding program development, and remote team engagement initiatives. She has experience streamlining operational processes across both local business and technology sectors.

Patrick J. Murphy is President at Inveniam, a company that operates a blockchain technology platform for pricing, trading, and data delivery related to private market assets. He has more than 25 years of investment and transaction analysis experience spanning asset classes including equities, fixed income, commercial real estate debt and equity, private equity and debt, commercial MBS, mortgage REITs, and municipal derivatives, and has served on the board of directors of a national non-profit. Murphy holds an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame (1991) and a master's degree in finance from St. Louis University (1997), and is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of St. Louis.

Rick Bunker serves as Chief Technology and Product Officer at Inveniam, a private market data platform built on AWS cloud infrastructure using microservices architecture, blockchain, and large language models. He brings experience in executive technology leadership across venture-backed, private equity-backed, and public companies in financial services, including roles as CIO or CTO at three listed firms and participation in an IPO roadshow. His career includes co-founding a startup, leading technology teams of up to 500 employees, and overseeing systems that processed hundreds of billions in transactions.

Sarah Choppala is the Controller at Inveniam, where she focuses on financial reporting, technical accounting guidance, and operational efficiency. Her prior experience includes overseeing a $500M portfolio of energy and industrial sector investments for the Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) and valuing investments of approximately $4B while advising on mergers, divestments, and joint ventures. She holds an MBA, studied Electrical Engineering, and is a licensed CPA.

Tara Stacom is Executive Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield, where she serves on the Global Advisory Board. Throughout her tenure at the firm, she has managed leasing, sales, and corporate finance transactions exceeding 45 million square feet across multiple industries and has been recognized twice as a global Top Producer. She also serves on the boards of Ethan Allen and Right to Dream and is a Director's Circle Member of Girls, Inc.

Todd Deering is a Senior QA Manager at Inveniam with over 20 years of experience in test automation, performance testing, SDLC governance, and distributed team leadership. His current work spans blockchain technologies including digital assets and wallet operations, as well as AI and generative AI validation using frameworks such as RAGAS for source validation and response-quality evaluation. He partners with engineering and technology leadership to strengthen release confidence and reduce delivery risk across complex technology environments.

Xavier Fernandez is the founder and manager of Flavigny, a Miami-based family office specializing in private equity and special financing with active investments across telecom, energy, healthcare, fintech, renewable, and other sectors in the US, Latin America, and Europe. He also founded FloridESCo, an energy services company in Miami that designs and finances efficiency solutions for commercial facilities. Fernandez brings over 20 years of investment experience, having founded more than ten companies and invested in approximately twenty others, with prior business operations spanning Venezuela, Europe, and South America in sectors including oil services, grains trading, solar energy, and construction materials.
