Thrive Global is a New York-based behavior change technology company founded by Arianna Huffington in August 2016. Its products are built around "Microsteps" — small, science-backed daily actions across five behavior areas: food, movement, sleep, stress management and connection. The company positions this approach as a way to help individuals adopt healthy habits and to help employers improve health outcomes, engagement and productivity.

The product line includes an AI-powered health and wellbeing platform for employees, chronic condition management programs, engagement services such as expert-led webinars, live events and small-group training, 1:1 and group coaching, and patient engagement programs delivering condition-specific lifestyle change for healthcare organizations. Thrive Reset is a feature intended to interrupt the stress cycle in about 60 seconds. The platform asks users to share health goals and complete a baseline assessment, then uses activity, preferences and real-time insights to deliver daily personalized guidance. Wellbeing tools are embedded into daily workflow via applications and workflow integrations, including a Thrive for Teams offering used by Pfizer.

Thrive maintains a scientific advisory board of academics and clinicians in neuroscience, behavioral economics, psychology, psychiatry, nutrition and sleep, drawn from institutions including Stanford, Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, USC, the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Oxford.
