About
Founder and lead of Walking Ventures, an active early-stage investor since 2000 and advisor/non-executive director to several private companies. He previously served as managing director of a $700m European technology venture fund at the Carlyle Group and founded QXL, which IPO'd and sold in 2007 for $1.9bn; he also wrote for the Financial Times, The Economist, and The Independent and studied PPE at Merton College, Oxford.
