Scott Burns joined Mairs & Power Private Capital Management in 2023 as General Partner after roughly 25 years leading venture-stage companies. He founded GovDelivery (sold in 2016 to a Vista Equity Partners-led group for $153M) and Structural (acquired by Augeo in 2022), and has invested in startups since 2010. He holds a degree from Dartmouth College and began his career at McKinsey & Company.
