About
Nadine Haram is a reconstructive plastic surgeon and the founder and CEO of Proximie, a software platform launched in 2016 that allows physicians to remotely participate in surgical procedures. She serves as Director of Clinical Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and as Co-Managing Partner of KHP Ventures, and has held roles with the Royal College of Surgeons Future of Surgery Commission and BAPRAS Innovation UK. In 2017 she delivered a TED Talk on augmented reality in surgery, and in 2018 she received the British Empire Medal in the Queen's Birthday Honours for her work in surgery and medicine.
