Born in 1969 in Bratislava, Martin Kúšik studied law at Charles University in Prague and studied law and economics in Madrid. In 1994 he co-founded Penta Investments, growing it into one of the largest investment businesses in Central Europe, before leaving in 2013 to found Odyssey 44.
