Been beta testing a couple new apps recently. @shortwave is definitely one I want to keep. Didn't think I'd be able to change my email workflow, but Shortwave is super intuitive and the one-click archive feature is sooo satisfying, there's no way I'm going back now.

I often get asked what's the difference between working at a large company vs a small startup as a designer. One difference is that in startups, you have to be able to work with ambiguity, whereas in large companies, you have to be able to work with complexity.
