Kevin Thau is a general partner at Spark Capital with over two decades of experience working with founders across consumer products and technology platforms. He was an early employee at Openwave (formerly Software.com), where he helped develop mobile messaging and browsing services used on over a billion phones, and later joined Twitter as the twelfth employee to lead mobile product teams and business development. At Spark since 2015, he focuses on consumer-focused companies founded by entrepreneurs who prioritize design and brand-building.
