Kathryn Parsons MBE is the founder and co-CEO of Decoded, a technology education company established over a decade ago that provides AI upskilling and reskilling programmes for enterprises, including academies, bootcamps, leadership training, and apprenticeships. She co-chairs GBx Global, a non-profit community of British founders, executives, and investors in the Bay Area, and has served on the board of the UK Department for Business and as a board advisor to Number Ten Downing Street, HM Treasury, the Mayor of London, and the Royal United Services Institute. A contributor to The Sunday Times Business and The Financial Times, she campaigned for coding to be added to the UK national curriculum in 2014 and received an MBE for Services to Education.
