@buildcanada We should be looking at building a culture in Canada where everyone takes their vote more seriously, and encourage more people to vote, not disenfranchise people. I'm personally interested in learning more about Compulsory voting countries like Australia.

I'm sorry there is no normalizing taking voting rights away from people, not in any functioning democracy.
