Anthropic just pulled off a major coup - they went through the review first and are now on the other side of a Federal review. Every other model that is as least as powerful likely will need to go through the same and no guarantee that the review will be as fast.

The U.S. failed the Darwin test in 2025 as solar installs fell 22% Y/Y per FERC. We need generation to power AI compute and win the race to AGI. Solar installs create labor and trade based jobs. Inertial storage solves historic issues. Yet, politicians halted the obvious.
