Jeff Greenstein is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Velaras. He began his career founding an option market-making firm on the Chicago Board Options Exchange in 1987, later launched a relative value hedge fund in 1989, and co-founded Quellos Group, an alternative investment firm that managed more than $25 billion in assets before its acquisition by BlackRock in 2007. Since then, he has focused on early-stage private investments and the contemporary art market, and has supported philanthropic initiatives with his wife, Judy.
