Greg Warnock, Ph.D., co-founded Mercato Partners in 2007 with Alan Hall and serves as Managing Director. Before Mercato, he was an angel investor and co-founder and Managing Director of vSpring Capital (now Signal Peak Ventures), an early-stage venture fund focused on the Mountain West, and he founded Junto Partners, an entrepreneurship education initiative. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.B.A. and Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Venture Finance from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
