Dr. Arvind Gupta is co-founder and head of the Digital India Foundation with over 30 years of experience in leadership, policy, and entrepreneurial roles across Silicon Valley and India. His expertise spans digital transformation, technology policy, platform governance, AI ethics, fintech, and digital public infrastructure, with involvement in industry forums including NASSCOM, TiE, and iSpirt, as well as membership in the WEF Digital Futures Council and OECD Initiative on Global Value Chains. He holds a doctorate from ISB and is an alumnus of IIT BHU and the University of Illinois.
