Former KPMG partner and global head of public services and government, and former Head of the Number 10 Policy Unit. He is a Visiting Professor at the LSE and previously a Director of Bethnal Green Ventures and NED of the Cabinet Office.

Deeptech investor, advisor and entrepreneur; CEO of Sonosine and co-founder of Spectroma, developing medical technologies. Holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering specialising in Mechanical Engineering.

Life sciences and health tech leader with three decades of experience building and scaling organisations, having led businesses with revenues over £1BN and raised more than £250M. He has advanced real-world data, genomics and digital health across industry, academia and the NHS.

Chartered Chemical Engineer with extensive experience at bp in corporate venturing, digital strategy and technology incubation. He focuses on early-stage business development and the energy transition.

Joined Zinc in October 2019 to launch the Zinc Academy. Previously Director of the Good Lab and founder of technology company LikeCube, which was acquired by Oakley Capital Private Equity and the Time Out Group.

Marketing and go-to-market specialist who has spent a decade working with early-stage B2B startup founders. She was previously a founder in Zinc's fifth cohort focused on environmental impact.

Holds a BSc in Global Health and Psychology from the University of Toronto and an MSc in Health Psychology from UCL. Previously worked at a behavioural science consultancy on digital health projects and supports founders building health ventures.
