Investment thesis
Zeroichi Capital backs internet and deep-tech/R&D startups at their earliest stages, investing in first financing rounds from pre-founding through the seed stage. Positioning itself as an entrepreneur's first partner, the firm supports founders across a wide range of needs including pre-incorporation consultation, ideation, business planning, company formation procedures, team building and fundraising. Its goal is to help startups reach a Series A round early and then set them on a sustained growth trajectory. The firm is an active investor and welcomes contact not only from those currently planning a first fundraise but also from people wanting to prepare for future fundraising or seeking advice on business planning and how to approach starting a company.
