Lisa Hinds is Managing Director of Client Engagement and Sustainability at Xponance, Inc., where she leads the firm's sustainability work across public and private markets and manages institutional client engagement. She previously headed EnTrust Global's endowment and foundation channel, overseeing more than $2 billion with responsibility for fundraising, fund management, and strategic partnerships, with experience spanning private credit, real assets, infrastructure, and hedge fund strategies. She is co-author of Faithful Investing: The Power of Decisive Action and Incremental Change (Church Publishing, 2020) and serves on several boards and advisory committees, including United Church Funds, The Riverside Church, and The Altman Foundation.

She has a 22-year career in financial services, with experience as an equity analyst, trader/economic analyst, and in investment banking. Her background includes relationship management with institutional investors such as public pensions, corporations, investment managers, endowments, and foundations.

Noel McElreath is Senior Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for U.S. Fixed Income at Xponance, Inc. His experience spans U.S. corporate credit analysis and portfolio management across mandates including Government/Credit, Bloomberg Aggregate, and Core Plus accounts, along with retail and institutional mutual funds and insurance-type portfolios. He has also conducted credit analysis of Western and emerging European companies during a period based in London and has traded both cash bonds and credit derivatives.

Serena Li is a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Xponance, Inc., where she focuses on global systematic equities, alpha-generating strategies, and the application of machine learning to investment frameworks. She is pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, with research on multi-agent LLM systems for finance. Her areas of work include quantitative research, portfolio management, agentic AI, and machine learning.

He previously worked in private equity at Enhanced Healthcare Partners in Los Angeles and in mergers and acquisitions at TripleTree in Minneapolis, focusing on valuation and transaction advisory. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
