Investment thesis
Xponance's index strategies follow a risk-aware, quantitative process aimed at replicating a client-specified benchmark as closely as possible in a cost-efficient way with minimal tracking error. The S&P 500 Passive Strategy is fully replicated, weighting each stock in line with its benchmark weight, holding minimal cash, and using ETFs to reduce non-equity exposure. The portfolio is self-rebalancing to keep turnover and transaction costs low, and it is monitored against the benchmark throughout each trading day. More broadly, the firm spans direct equity management, U.S. fixed income, a multi-manager platform partnering with emerging managers, and an alternatives subsidiary delivering GP capital solutions.
