Karl Naim is an investor and advisor at Elastics with over 18 years of experience in technology, venture capital, wealth management, asset management, and private equity. He co-founded two fintech startups and one food-tech startup, and holds an MBA from London Business School. His previous roles include positions at UBS, Goldman Sachs, and Mubadala, and he currently serves as Group Chief Commercial Officer and SEO for the Middle East at XBTO and co-founder of Purpl.

Nicolas Genechesi serves as Chief Investment Officer at XBTO, bringing 15 years of investment experience across traditional asset classes, emerging markets, and cryptocurrencies. He has worked as a directional trader and options market maker in Bitcoin and crypto markets, with expertise in derivative products and trading strategies. Genechesi has demonstrated risk management capabilities across market cycles and possesses operational knowledge of hedge fund functions including risk management, back office processes, investor relations, and talent acquisition.

Ousseimi has over 40 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking and asset management. He chairs Gefinor Limited and is CEO of Gefinor Capital International Limited, having previously worked at Bank of America (Merrill Lynch), Goldman Sachs and State Street Research. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA from UC Berkeley, and serves on several company boards.
