He has more than 18 years of experience across collections, digital lending, and credit operations, having worked previously at Paisabazaar, GE, HDFC Bank, and Citi Bank. Ashish Malani is Chief Credit Officer at Vivriti Capital. He brings 23 years of credit and risk management experience across mid-market, SME, and retail banking, including prior roles as National Risk Head at L&T Finance and National Head of SME and Business Banking at IDFC Bank. Her background includes consulting work at Accenture on partnerships with organizations including the Rockefeller Foundation and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, as well as involvement with GPower, an organization addressing girls' education and child welfare issues.
