Bill Hinman is an Advisory Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, a Senior Advisor to the law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, and a Senior Advisor to the &vest group. From May 2017 through December 2020, he directed the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and earlier worked as a corporate finance partner at Simpson Thacher, where he worked on the IPOs of companies including Alibaba, Facebook, Google, eBay, Square, Agilent, Seagate, and VMware. He holds a B.A. from Michigan State University (1977) and a J.D. from Cornell University Law School (1980), and is a member of the California and New York State Bar Associations.

Michael Lastoria is an American entrepreneur who co-founded Innovation Ads, sold to a private equity firm in 2006, and JWALK, acquired by Shiseido in 2017. He also co-founded the pizza chain &pizza, which committed to a $15 minimum wage and was recognized by Fast Company for Social Good in 2018 and 2019, and has advocated for minimum wage increases through the network Business at a Fair Minimum Wage. Lastoria is currently co-founder of &vest, an independent sponsor focused on acquiring and growing consumer brands and hospitality developments.

Cliff Moskowitz is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Targa Partners, a multi-family office focused on alternative asset investments including real estate, private equity, and venture capital. He has served as interim CEO of Forma Brands, Hairmax, and Outdoor Voices, completed a restructuring role at Bandier, and previously founded InterLuxe Holdings, a private equity platform that executed investments in Jason Wu, A.L.C., and Mackage. Moskowitz holds a degree from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, and serves on the boards of Full Beauty Brands, Solid & Striped, Pedego, Apotheke, and The Select Group.

Maria Salcedo is Chief Executive Officer at an undisclosed company, with prior experience at Ulta and McKinsey. Her background spans the beauty retail and consumer packaged goods sectors, including work in operations, corporate strategy, business development, merchandising, and general management. She has also served as a board member and strategic advisor.

Rhian Beutler is Operating Partner and VP of Technology at &vest, where she oversees technical diligence, platform integration, and data and commerce infrastructure for the firm's consumer beauty portfolio. She previously co-founded and served as CEO of the digital gifting platform Govalo, which was acquired in 2025, and remains Executive Chairman of venntov, developer of Shopify apps including SEO Manager, Order Lookup, and ClockedIn. Earlier in her career, she spent six years at Wells Fargo, most recently as Branch Manager and AVP.
