Investment thesis
The Ukrainian Startup Fund is a state-run institution created to help early-stage Ukrainian tech startups and innovative projects raise capital and launch their ventures. Established in 2018 at the initiative of Ukraine's Minister of Finance and managed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation since 2023, it acts as a driver of the national startup ecosystem, fosters conditions for the sector's growth, builds a positive investment image of Ukraine's technology industry abroad, and showcases Ukrainian innovative solutions globally.
