Marius-Adrian Moldovan is Executive President of Transilvania Investments Alliance S.A., a role he has held since August 2024. He previously served in leadership positions at SIF Transilvania S.A., including CEO and Executive Vice-President, and held board roles at Depozitarul Central S.A. and OPTIMUS Fintech S.A. His earlier career included private banking roles at Banca Comercială Română (Erste Private Banking) and RBS Bank Romania, as well as work as a derivatives broker. He holds economics and legal advisory degrees from the Romanian-American University of Bucharest and an Executive MBA from WU Vienna University.

Adriana Tiron-Tudor is an independent member of the Supervisory Board of Transilvania Investments Alliance S.A., appointed in April 2025. She holds a bachelor's degree and a PhD in Economics with an accounting specialization from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, where she has served as a professor and PhD supervisor in accounting and audit since 2007. She is a chartered accountant with CECCAR and a financial auditor with CAFR, and manages ATT Consulting SRL and ATT Training SRL.

Răzvan Legian Rat is Executive Vice-President of Transilvania Investments Alliance SA, a role he has held since 2024, having previously advised the firm's Executive Board. He trained as an economist at Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University in Cluj-Napoca and spent much of his career in capital markets, including trader and management roles at SSIF BRK Financial Group and earlier brokerages. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and holds certifications as a stockbroker, financial investments consultant, and risk manager.
