Malinová serves as Chief Legal Counsel at TCF Capital and as a member of the supervisory board at Pilulka. She has over five years of experience in international corporate law, with background in M&A transactions including the IPO of EUROWAG and capital raises for Rohlik Group totaling EUR 265 million. She is pursuing a postgraduate degree in International Corporate Governance from the University of Law.

Stanislav Krupa is Director of Business Development at TCF Capital. He has held global, regional, and local leadership positions across small businesses, multinational corporations, and private equity firms over a 15-year career. His experience includes business transformation, organizational problem-solving, and ownership roles across companies at various stages of maturity.
