Investment thesis
Sheares Healthcare Group builds a portfolio of healthcare delivery assets by investing in healthcare companies that have strong management teams and proven track records. It focuses on markets across Asia — including China, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines — as well as the United States. The firm applies its own experience and expertise to help portfolio companies refine their business models and deliver innovative, patient-focused care, while developing new healthcare delivery models and processes that leverage emerging technologies and skilled operators. Sheares is wholly owned by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore.
