Colin Welsh joined SCF Partners in 2017 as a Partner. He previously served as Head of International Energy Investment Banking at Simmons & Company International, which he joined in 1999 and where he developed the firm's operations outside North America across offices in Aberdeen, London, and Dubai; Simmons was sold to Piper Jaffray in 2016. Earlier in his career he spent 16 years at Ernst and Whinney, Touche Ross, and RMD.
