Andreas Weiskam is a Partner and Co-Founder of Sapphire Ventures, based in London and focused on European investments across fintech, data, security, and infrastructure. Before Sapphire Ventures he worked at SAP, and earlier in his career co-founded Zadu, a venture-backed instant messaging startup in the San Francisco Bay Area during the first internet wave. His current portfolio includes Contentful, GitGuardian, Matillion, Unmind, Upvest, and Yapily, with notable exits including Criteo, Currencycloud, DocuSign, Iovation, and Wandera. He holds degrees from the University of Hamburg and the University of St. Andrews and is a Kauffman Fellow.

Robert Severo is Chief Compliance Officer and Partner at Sapphire Ventures, where he oversees the firm's compliance and risk management functions.
