Andy Grant is Senior IT Manager at Resonance Limited, a social investment property fund manager, where he leads IT strategy and security operations for a growing national team. His background includes web and mobile application development, IT support roles, and experience building and maintaining scalable systems. He holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Winchester, with a dissertation focused on smartphone hardware evolution and third-party app development.

Barry Elms is Director at Elmsgrove Community Arts CIC and holds a Bachelor's degree in computing and multimedia and a Master's degree in Indian Religions. He has over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, training, and support across small and medium-sized businesses, as well as teaching experience in colleges and industry spanning IT systems, employee induction, and Eastern philosophy. His additional expertise includes web design, graphic design, project management, and creative writing.

Candice Hampson is a Non Executive Director at Resonance Limited and co-founder of Kiteline Health, a certified B-Corp providing health coaching and employee wellbeing solutions. She previously spent seven years as Investment Director at Big Society Capital, where she led impact strategy and co-created the Fair by Design Programme with the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. Hampson holds an MBA from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University.

Chris Cullen is Senior Fund Manager and Head of Homelessness Property Funds at Resonance Limited, where he leads a fund team managing investments across the UK for pension funds, institutional investors, and local government. He previously oversaw global trading teams at JP Morgan Chase and Barclays. Cullen holds a degree in Economics from Cambridge, a degree in Impact from Said Business School, and the CFA charter.

David Fowle is Head of Data, AI & Automation at Resonance Limited, where he applies experience from over 20 years in capital markets and financial services. His work focuses on impact investing that combines financial returns with beneficial social and environmental outcomes.

Erika Rushton MBE is Director at Creative Economist, an organization focused on local economic development. Her work addresses community-owned assets, local enterprise, and creativity as tools for building economic wealth in specific places.

Gina Hallums is an Impact Analyst at Resonance Limited with a background spanning music and social impact work. She brings twenty years of experience in music performance and instruction, including her role as Choir Leader at Rock Choir Ltd, alongside six years of corporate social impact experience. Hallums also works as a freelance piano and vocal tutor.

Grace Moon is an Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager at Resonance Limited, a social impact property fund manager, where she manages social media, website content, impact reporting, events, and marketing strategy. She holds a first-class honours degree in Media and Communications from the University of Sussex, with academic focus on feminism, intersectionality, and humanitarian communications. Moon also volunteers with Falmouth Marine Conservation, assisting with social media management and serving on the organization's committee.
