Gareth Woodbridge is Managing Partner and Co-Head of the Buyout Fund at Quadrant Private Equity, an Australian private equity firm, where he also serves on the Investment Committee. He led Quadrant's investments in Herron Todd White and Carlisle Health and oversees portfolio management for Partnered Health, Junior Adventures Group, and Fitness & Lifestyle Group. Previously a Managing Director at KKR, where he led investments including Australian Venue Co, Laser Clinics Australia, GenesisCare, and Probe CX, he has also worked at Archer Capital, CVC Capital Partners, and UBS AG, and has served on the board of the Australian Investment Council.

Alex Eady joined Quadrant in 2008 and serves as Co-Head of the Buyout strategy, leading deal origination and portfolio management across the Quadrant Buyout funds. He has invested across business services, industrial products and services, and government services, and began his career at Ernst & Young in the Audit and later M&A divisions.

Andrew Gale joined Quadrant in 2016. He previously worked in investment banking at UBS Australia, focusing on public and private M&A and equity and debt raisings. He holds a BCom and LLB.

Chris Coates joined Quadrant in 2017 and leads deal origination and portfolio management for the Quadrant Buyout funds. He has over 11 years of private equity experience, previously at Bain Capital, Archer Capital, Morgan Stanley and Macquarie Capital, and has served on the Board of the Australian Investment Council.

Emily Kaveney joined Quadrant in 2010 and leads the firm's Finance, Compliance and Operations functions, also serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary. She previously spent 10 years at PwC as a Senior Manager in Financial Assurance, focusing on financial services and the media, entertainment and telecommunications sectors.

Louise Haslehurst joined Quadrant in 2019 after serving as an Executive Director at Gresham Corporate Advisory Partners, where she advised on transactions across consumer, industrials, healthcare and financial services. She began her career at EY in Transaction Advisory Services and sits on the Board of the Australian Investment Council, chairing its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Marcus Darville joined Quadrant in 2006 and has over 30 years of private equity experience, beginning in the UK in 1992 at NatWest Ventures (now Bridgepoint). He was previously Joint Head of Private Equity at AMP and earlier worked in funds management and broking in London at firms including GRE Assurance, Schroder Securities and County NatWest Securities.

Peter Elkhouri joined Quadrant in 2019, previously spending five years as an Investment Manager at Crescent Capital Partners focused on growth capital in healthcare, education, and industrials. He began his career in actuarial roles at PWC and Colonial First State, then worked at L.E.K. Consulting.

Victor Ha joined Quadrant in 2014 and leads deal origination and portfolio management for the Strategic Equity Fund. He previously worked in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division and holds a BCom, MBA, and CPA.

Adrian Cullen is Head of Sustainability (ESG) at Quadrant Private Equity, where he was the firm's first ESG leader and established the responsible investment function, covering activities across the investment lifecycle for a portfolio of more than 35 companies. He previously spent 11 years at Woolworths Group in sustainability, circular economy and transformation roles, and served as a Non-Executive Director of the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation. He holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and has over 18 years of experience across private equity, retail, consumer goods and quick-service restaurants.

Lucy Long is Head of Sustainability (ESG) at Quadrant Private Equity, where she was the firm's first ESG leader and established the function, which spans investment screening, due diligence, portfolio stewardship, and exit readiness across more than 35 portfolio companies. She previously spent 11 years at Woolworths Group in sustainability, circular economy and transformation roles, and served as a Non-Executive Board Director of the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation. Her career covers over 18 years across private equity, ASX-listed retail, consumer goods and quick-service restaurants, and she holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Derryn Ruolle joined Quadrant in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. Previously an Associate Director at Grant Thornton, he managed mid-market public and private clients with a focus on audit and IPO services.
