He holds governance roles including Deputy Chair of Goodman NZ and director positions at Contact Energy and Freightways.

Independent director and Audit and Risk Committee chair with extensive governance experience in the New Zealand primary sector. She previously held senior dairy industry roles including CFO at Westland Milk Products and VP Finance at Fonterra (USA).
