Oria Capital

Carlos Testolini is a partner at Oria Capital, a technology-focused private equity and venture capital firm, and serves on the boards of several fintech and software companies including Britech, Zenvia, Technisys, and Navita. He brings over 30 years of technology industry experience across executive roles at global companies including IBM, SSA, and Bosch, as well as entrepreneurial experience building and scaling software and IT services businesses, including a decade leading Procwork prior to its acquisition by Sonda in Brazil. His educational background includes an MBA in Services Marketing from the University of São Paulo, specialized training in private equity and venture capital from Harvard Business School, and advanced management studies from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Jorge Steffens is founder and general partner at Oria Capital. He holds degrees in information technology and marketing, along with certifications in production engineering and supply chain management. Steffens spent 17 years at Datasul in various roles including sales and software deployment before founding NeoGrid in 1999, and subsequently returned to Datasul as CEO in 2002, overseeing its 2006 IPO and subsequent acquisition strategy until the company's 2008 merger with Totvs. Since 2008, he has worked as a private equity and venture capital investor and board member.
