Koki Uchiyama is Group CEO of HottoLink, a social media analytics company he founded in 2000 that became the first in its sector to IPO globally, with services spanning web3, blockchain, NFT, and DeFi domains. He is founding partner of Nonagon Capital, a web3-focused venture capital firm, and CEO of Famiee, an NPO supporting diverse family structures. His earlier career included Vice President roles at a Japanese search engine company during the development of early internet search technology.

Soonhee Kim has held investment and operational roles across multiple sectors including venture capital, project finance, and international M&A. She spent approximately a decade in Southeast Asia managing subsidiary operations and strategic expansion for Digital Holdings, and subsequently founded JiJa Capital to invest in crypto and blockchain projects. She currently serves as a partner at Bonds Investment Group and advisor at Nonagon Capital.

Yuki Sato is Head of Business Development at Nonagon Capital, where since January 2025 he has supported business launches through report writing for major domestic companies, hosting invitation-only events, and consulting with firms exploring validator operations, while also overseeing cross-functional business infrastructure including communications. His experience in blockchain spans since 2017, including supporting international blockchain projects entering the Japanese market, analyzing social listening data at a social media analytics firm, and leading business development at a major domestic blockchain media company where he launched multiple new ventures over approximately three and a half years.
