Sid Smith is a general partner and co-founder of Non Sibi Ventures with nearly 30 years of experience as an executive, entrepreneur, and attorney. He founded law firm SRS Counsel PLLC, previously practiced at K&L Gates and Cooley, co-founded data analytics firm Discourse Analytics, and holds a BA from Yale and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.

Andrea Course is an interim executive director at Rice AI Venture Accelerator with over 15 years of experience in venture capital, digital innovation, and climate technology strategy. She previously led digital innovation initiatives at Shell and contributed to investment and portfolio management at a $1.4 billion climate-focused venture fund. Course advises organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies on scaling climate solutions through emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and decarbonization platforms.

Bernard Harris is a physician and former NASA astronaut who was the first African American to conduct a spacewalk. He serves as President and CEO of Vesalius Ventures and founded The Harris Foundation, which focuses on education, health, and wealth initiatives in underserved communities in the Houston area and nationally. Harris has authored a memoir documenting his career in space exploration and has worked in healthcare innovation, with particular focus on telemedicine and digital medicine.

Alivia-Rae Green is a business finance student and venture capital intern at non sibi ventures who founded Beez in the Books, an organization providing education, career development, and financial literacy opportunities for female adolescents and youth in the foster care system. She works as a K-9 tutor focused on foundational reading and math instruction and has professional experience in social media management and sales for an athleisure brand. Green is a Deloitte Foundation Thrive Scholar and EMERGE Scholar.

Andrea Abegglen is an entrepreneur and marketing specialist with over 20 years of experience starting, selling, and taking businesses public, as well as leading marketing and branding efforts in-house and as a consultant. Her expertise spans marketing strategy, branding, strategic partnerships, and product marketing across industries including consumer packaged goods, electric vehicles, education technology, media, nonprofits, and recruiting. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at NatureBridge.

William Woo is a sustainable finance consultant and investor with 25+ years across impact investing, capital markets, private equity, venture capital and M&A. He is an adjunct professor at Northeastern University and Boston University, and has held roles at Ceres, the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance, Amundi Pioneer Investments, Advent International and a predecessor to Apax Partners.
