Investment thesis
Nexxus targets growth-stage middle-market companies in Mexico, Spain, and Portugal through both private equity and mezzanine debt. Its equity funds make tickets ranging from roughly US$15m to US$50m in Mexico and €10m–€25m in Iberia, favoring mid-sized firms with international expansion potential across sectors such as consumer goods, pharma and health. Its mezzanine debt vehicles provide tailor-made structures for mid-sized Mexican growth companies (MXN$80m–MXN$800m). Over more than two decades it has positioned itself as one of the largest and most experienced growth investment firms in the regions where it operates.
