Investment thesis
Nazaré invests early in the companies defining the current platform shift in computing, focusing on the AI-native stack built from the ground up. Its focus areas span the raw substrate layer (GPU markets, provable inference, neoclouds, and training) where it believes the next hyperscalers will emerge; the middleware layer (memory, identity, tool-use, and verification) that turns large language models into autonomous workers; and open, decentralized AI (sovereign AI, open weights, and permissionless innovation) as an alternative to walled-garden AI. The firm emphasizes backing founders early, before the application layer becomes obvious.
