Chris Price joined Mobeus in 2010 and became a Partner in 2015. He was part of the team behind a secondary buyout of the institutional business during the exit of the VCT business to a trade buyer, and has been involved across Mobeus' institutional funds. He now leads the firm's new investment activities, oversees all new investments, and serves on its Investment Committee.

Dominic Draysey joined Mobeus Equity Partners in 2014, where he sources and leads investments and supports portfolio companies in pursuing their growth plans. He has led investments in the business services and consumer sectors and has served on several portfolio company boards.

Freddie Bacon has sourced and executed investments for Mobeus Equity Partners' buyout team since 2013. His experience is concentrated in the specialist consultancy and human capital sector, and he has served on several Mobeus portfolio company boards, including leading buyouts and an exit across sectors such as insurance and automotive services.

Guy Blackburn has been with Mobeus Equity Partners since 2007, working with portfolio companies and representing the firm on the boards of several businesses. He has led a number of new investments and exits, sits on the firm's Fund Board, and leads its Responsible Investment initiatives.

Justin Maltz has more than 25 years of experience working with private, growing businesses and leads the management of Mobeus Equity Partners' portfolio, a role he has held since 2016. He sits on the boards of several investee companies and is a member of the firm's Investment Committee and Exco.

Brings 23 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience and serves on the board of the Chilean Venture Capital Association.

James Smart joined Mobeus Equity Partners as an Investment Manager in 2026, where he sources and executes new investment opportunities and works with portfolio companies on value creation strategies. He previously served as an Associate Director in Grant Thornton's Corporate Finance team, handling both sell-side and buy-side transactions.

Jordan Kay joined Mobeus Equity Partners in 2022 and focuses on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities. He works with management teams to develop business plans and supports portfolio companies on bolt-on M&A transactions, with involvement in business and IT services investments.

Kay Sin joined Mobeus in 2024 as an Investment Manager, where she works on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies on value creation. She was previously a Manager in Corporate Finance at PwC, handling both sell-side and buy-side transactions largely in the TMT sector.

Emilie Walker joined Mobeus Equity Partners in 2025 as an Investment Executive, where she works on sourcing and executing new investments and supporting portfolio companies with their growth plans. Before Mobeus, she spent over three years at Strategy& Deals, part of PwC, completing more than 20 commercial due diligence projects for private equity and corporate clients. Her prior work covered a range of sectors, with an emphasis on healthcare and pharma services.

Pranav Ladva joined Mobeus in 2026 as a graduate, where he focuses on originating deals for the buyout fund and works with portfolio companies to identify bolt-on acquisitions. He holds a degree in Mathematics from The University of Warwick.

Ralf Goad is a Portfolio Director at Mobeus, working with management teams to support growth across the firm's portfolio. His background includes private equity investing and operating roles, most recently as a CFO and Finance Director. He is a chartered accountant focused on value creation and supporting leadership teams through growth and change.

Sam Lipscombe joined Mobeus Equity Partners in 2014 and is primarily responsible for the integrity of the firm's financial information and systems, also contributing to valuations, tax, operations, and investor reporting. He previously worked as an Assistant Manager at Crowe LLP. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the ICAEW and holds a BSc in Mathematics and Management from Loughborough University.

Vanessa Peñuela Traub joined Mobeus Equity Partners in 2024 as Office Manager, handling office and facilities management as well as IT services. She organizes the firm's events, including internal team-building, alumni evenings, and adviser networking dinners, and provides PR and marketing support.
