Minds Capital focuses on gap equity for independent sponsor-led acquisitions of businesses in the lower middle market, a segment known as entrepreneurial private equity. Leveraging high-quality, high-volume deal flow driven partly by a popular media platform, the firm invests in roughly a dozen acquisitions per year across industries including healthcare, business services, software, and manufacturing.
