She holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Nebraska and MBA and public policy master's degrees from the University of Chicago.

Austan D. Goolsbee is president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where he sits on the Federal Open Market Committee. Before joining the Chicago Fed in January 2023, he was the Robert P. Gwinn Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which he joined in 1995. He previously chaired the Council of Economic Advisers from 2009 to 2011 and holds a doctorate from MIT and bachelor's and master's degrees from Yale, all in economics.

Bridget M. McCormack is president and CEO of the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution, a role she took up in February 2023 after serving nearly four years as chief justice of the Michigan Supreme Court, where she sat for close to a decade beginning in 2013. She previously was a professor at the University of Michigan Law School, teaching criminal law and legal ethics and serving as associate dean of clinical affairs, and earlier taught as a fellow at Yale Law School. She writes and speaks on the future of law, dispute resolution, artificial intelligence, and access to justice, and holds advisory roles including special advisor to the ABA Task Force on AI. She earned a bachelor's degree from Trinity College-Hartford and a law degree from New York University.

Carmen Twillie Ambar is the 15th president of Oberlin College and Conservatory, a role she began in 2017, and the institution's first African American leader. She previously served as president of Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelor's degree in international economics from Georgetown University, a master's in public administration from Princeton University, and a law degree from Columbia University.

Christine Pambianchi is a human resources executive with over 30 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies, focusing on hiring, reskilling, workforce pipeline development, and organizational culture. She is chief human resources officer at Caterpillar Inc., and previously held chief people/HR officer roles at Intel, Verizon, and Corning, along with roughly a decade at PepsiCo. She holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

David Wilson is president of Morgan State University, a role he has held since July 2010, and has worked in higher education administration for over 30 years. He previously served as chancellor of the University of Wisconsin Colleges and the University of Wisconsin-Extension, and held provost and outreach positions at Auburn University and Rutgers University. He earned degrees from Tuskegee University and holds a master's and doctorate from Harvard University.

Kaye Vitug is a healthcare and finance executive with over 25 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industries. She most recently served as senior vice president and CFO at Roche Diagnostics North America, and earlier held Roche finance leadership roles including Head of Group Business Planning and positions in the UK, South Korea, and Switzerland. She holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Ateneo de Manila University and co-founded the nonprofit Unlocking Eve.

Matt Goldberg is president and CEO of Tripadvisor Group, an online travel-planning platform. He has over 20 years of leadership experience across travel, digital media, e-commerce, and data, including prior roles as EVP for North America and global operations at The Trade Desk, head of India and M&A leadership at News Corp, head of corporate development at Qurate (formerly QVC), and CEO of Lonely Planet. He holds an MBA from Stanford, a master's in international studies from the University of Melbourne, and a bachelor's in English from Cornell.

Matthew Breitfelder is a partner and global head of human capital at Apollo Global Management, where he sits on the management committee and oversees talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, learning, compensation, and recruiting. He previously served as chief talent officer at BlackRock and held talent and strategy roles at Mastercard, PwC, and the Corporate Executive Board, and began his career at the U.S. Department of Commerce. He holds an economics degree from the University of Southern California, a master's from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Pardis Mahdavi, Ph.D., is the former president of the University of La Verne and previously held leadership roles including provost and executive vice president at the University of Montana, dean at Arizona State University and the University of Denver, and several positions at Pomona College. Her research addresses gendered labor, human trafficking, migration, human rights, and public health across global and political contexts, and she has authored seven single-authored books along with edited volumes and numerous articles. She serves as a board member for the Lumina Foundation and the Human Trafficking Legal Center.

Teresa Lubbers is president of the Sagamore Institute, a think tank focused on community solutions, a role she took up in July 2022. She previously led the Indiana Commission for Higher Education and served 17 years in the Indiana State Senate, where she chaired the Education and Career Development Committee. Her work has centered on higher education, college completion, and workforce development. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from Indiana University and a master's in public administration from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.

William Serrata has served as president of the El Paso County Community College District since 2012, where he has focused on expanding dual credit and early college enrollment and improving retention and graduation rates, particularly among first-generation and Hispanic students. He is a former chair of the Texas Association of Community Colleges and has held board leadership roles with the American Association of Community Colleges and Excelencia in Education.

Elise Zhao is the impact investing officer at Lumina Foundation, where she supports the program-related and mission-related investment portfolios focused on expanding access to education beyond high school. She previously worked at management consulting firm Point B, serving national nonprofit clients in healthcare and education, and has been involved in the Chicago education and workforce ecosystems since 2018, including as a research analyst with the To&Through Project. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Music and an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
