Henry Nasella co-founded LNK in 2005 and served as a Partner until his death in 2024. He previously was a Venture Partner at Apax Partners within its U.S. Consumer and Retail Group, led the buyout of Star Markets and served as its Chairman and CEO until its sale to Sainsbury Plc, and was the first President of Staples. He held a BS from Northeastern University.

Manny Chirico has over 28 years of operating experience in the consumer and retail sector. Before joining LNK, he spent 26 years at PVH Corp., serving as CEO from 2006 to 2021 and Chairman from 2007 to 2021, where he led acquisitions including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Warnaco. He holds a BS from Fordham University.

Phil Marineau has over 35 years of operating experience and 16 years in private equity within the consumer and retail sector. Before LNK, he spent 23 years at Quaker Oats, rising to President and helping grow Gatorade into a global brand, then served as President and COO of Dean Foods, President and CEO of Pepsi North America, and President and CEO of Levi Strauss. He holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Bob Spellman is an Operating Partner at LNK with over 36 years of operating experience in the consumer and retail sector. He previously served as CFO of Yankee Candle Company, Star Markets, and Staples, working on IPOs and financing at each. He has held numerous corporate board positions across consumer and retail companies.

Craig Rydin has over 42 years of operating experience in the consumer and retail sector. He spent 12 years as Chairman and CEO of Yankee Candle Company, and previously worked 23 years at Campbell Soup Company, including as President of Godiva Chocolatier Worldwide. He holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Sacred Heart University.

Eulalia Ruiz has been with LNK since 2007 and has over 25 years of operational and technology experience, including 17 years in private equity at the firm. Before joining LNK, she managed office operations at The Samuel Bronfman Foundation and provided executive support at consumer and retail companies including the Seagram Company (later Vivendi Universal), Federated Merchandising Group, and Haddad Apparel. She holds a BS from Fordham University.

John Barton is an Operating Partner at LNK with more than four decades of operating experience in the consumer and retail sector. He spent 24 years at Staples, where he served as Executive Vice President of Real Estate overseeing North American store growth and property development, and later managed international operations in emerging markets including South America, China, Taiwan, and India. He previously advised Fitness Connection and Au Bon Pain, and holds a BS from Villanova University along with professional licenses in engineering and land surveying.
