Agustín Carcoba is an entrepreneur, investor, board member, and former C-level executive with over 30 years of experience across the US and Latin America, including work in establishing, growing, integrating, and turning around businesses. His focus areas include financial services, real estate, and private equity. He currently serves as an independent board member at Engen Capital, holds an MBA from IPADE and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), and is a citizen of the US and Mexico.

Alejandro Preusche has more than a decade of experience in impact investing across Latin America, working in Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, Colombia, and the USA. He has developed finance structures spanning the public, private, and philanthropic sectors to address issues in water, housing, farming, real estate, and healthcare, with a focus on financial inclusion and sustainable economic development. In June 2025 he joined Linzor Capital's ESG and Impact Committee.

Álvaro Puerto Valencia has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and businessman in the healthcare sector. He is currently President and co-founder of SIES Salud. He is a business administrator specializing in services marketing and corporate finance, holds an MBA, and completed executive programs at UC Berkeley, The Kellogg School of Management, and IBES, where he focused on digital transformation.

Álvaro Puerto has over 25 years of experience as a businessman and entrepreneur in healthcare, and is currently President and co-founder of SIES Salud. He holds an MBA and completed executive programs at UC Berkeley, Kellogg School of Management, and IBES.

David Stofenmacher founded UTEL in 2012 with backing from Grupo Guerra and Pearson. Before UTEL, he founded a CTI company, a B2B marketplace, and a virtual advertising company for television, and later served as CEO of Instituto Internacional de Tecnología Educativa (INITE) from 2003 to 2013. He holds a B.A. in Sociology from Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Master's degree in Communication from The Hebrew University.

Ernesto Moya serves as Executive Chairman of Engen Capital and TIP de Mexico and is an operating partner at Linzor Capital Partners. He previously held General Director roles at Babcock & Wilcox Mexico, Multiva Casa de Bolsa, and Dina International, and was Chairman of Casa Marzam. He holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of Guadalajara and a master's degree from IPADE.

Güemez is Deputy General Director of Innovation at Grupo Financiero Banorte, where he was previously General Director of Technology, and earlier served as Chief Technology Officer during the early years of Walmart Bank. His prior experience includes roles at Telmex as Product Director at RedUno and General Director of the Triara data center, as well as project work for EDS and Booz Allen and Hamilton Consulting. He holds a Computer Systems Engineering degree from ITESM in Mexico and an MBA from Stanford University.

Martín Guerra is a Uruguayan entrepreneur with a background in fintech, retail, and consumer finance. He founded Pronto, a consumer finance company in Uruguay that was later sold to Scotiabank. He serves as Linzor's operating partner in Uruguay.

Vanina Farber is an economist and political scientist focused on social innovation, impact entrepreneurship, and sustainable finance. She is the founding director of the elea Center for Social Innovation at IMD in Switzerland and co-authored the book The elea Way. She previously taught at Universidad del Pacífico in Peru before joining IMD in 2018, and since 2022 has served as Dean of IMD's Executive MBA program. In June 2025 she joined Linzor Capital's ESG and Impact Committee.
