Vanina Farber is an economist and political scientist focused on social innovation, impact entrepreneurship, and sustainable finance. She is the founding director of the elea Center for Social Innovation at IMD in Switzerland and co-authored the book The elea Way. She previously taught at Universidad del Pacífico in Peru before joining IMD in 2018, and since 2022 has served as Dean of IMD's Executive MBA program. In June 2025 she joined Linzor Capital's ESG and Impact Committee.
