Andrew Tomashek is a Partner at Goldner Hawn, which he joined in 2012, where he works on deal origination, diligence, transaction structuring, financing, and negotiation, and serves on portfolio company boards. He previously worked at Greene Holcomb & Fisher (now BMO Capital Markets) in Minneapolis and in Oppenheimer & Co.'s Fixed Income group. He holds a BSB from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and is a CFA charter holder.

Bart Kohler is a Strategic Advisor at Goldner Hawn, working with select portfolio companies on growth strategies. He has over 25 years of experience leading middle market distribution companies across stages from startup to turnaround, and recently retired as President of Takkt America Holdings, a group of distribution companies owned by the publicly traded German company Takkt AG. He has also served on the boards of several family-owned businesses, advising on succession planning, digitalization, growth, and M&A.

Brian McSharry serves as a Strategic Advisor at Goldner Hawn, working with portfolio company leadership on strategy and operations. He has more than 30 years of experience across industrial manufacturing, distribution, and business services, and most recently served as President & CEO of Midwest Industrial Rubber, having previously held President & CEO roles at RESA Power Solutions and A&A Manufacturing. Over the past decade he has led three private equity exits and completed more than fifteen acquisitions and greenfields.

Carlton Ogata joined Goldner Hawn in 2024, where he analyzes investment opportunities and monitors the firm's investments. He previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Cherry Tree & Associates and as a summer analyst at private equity firm LLR Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Winona State University.

Chad Cornell joined Goldner Hawn in 2013, where he works on capital raising, leading or co-leading investments, and serving on portfolio company boards. He previously worked in the Corporate Development group at Medtronic, Inc. and as a corporate lawyer at Sidley Austin in Chicago. He holds a B.S. from Marquette University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and is an inactive CPA and CFA.

Dan Horner is a Strategic Advisor at Goldner Hawn who supports value-added distribution and specialty chemical companies on organic and acquisition growth strategies. He has more than 30 years of experience in the specialty chemicals, adhesives, and sealants industry and previously served as CEO of Applied Adhesives. He currently sits on the board of Matrix Adhesives, an adhesive and sealant manufacturing and packaging company.

Danny Geiger joined Goldner Hawn in 2019, where he analyzes investment opportunities and monitors the firm's investments. He previously worked in mergers and acquisitions at BMO Capital Markets (formerly Greene Holcomb & Fisher) in Minneapolis and in equity capital markets transactions at Robert W. Baird in Milwaukee. He holds a B.A. from Carleton College, graduating magna cum laude.

Dylan Skule joined Goldner Hawn in 2022, where he analyzes investment opportunities and monitors the firm's portfolio. He previously worked in mergers and acquisitions at Hennepin Partners and Chartwell Financial Advisory in Minneapolis, focusing on valuation and transaction advisory services. He holds a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, graduating cum laude.

Grace Haagenson joined Goldner Hawn in 1998, following 15 years at Knutson Mortgage Corporation, a former portfolio company, where she was Vice President and Corporate Secretary. At the firm she oversees treasury and back office operations, investor accounting and reporting for its funds, and administers its compliance programs.

Jason Brass is a Partner at Goldner Hawn, which he joined in 2002, where he works on capital raising, leading and co-leading investments, and serving on portfolio company boards alongside management teams. Before Goldner Hawn, he worked at Norwest Equity Partners and in the Corporate Development Group of Arthur Andersen LLP. He holds a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Joe Heinen is a Partner at Goldner Hawn, which he joined in 2001, where he works on capital raising, leading or co-leading investments, and serving on portfolio company boards. Before joining the firm, he held roles at St. Croix Hospice, focusing on acquisitions and strategic operations, and at Thompson Street Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm in St. Louis. He holds a BBA from the University of Iowa.

Nick Leisen joined Goldner Hawn in 2024, where he analyzes investment opportunities and monitors the firm's existing investments. He previously worked in private equity at Enhanced Healthcare Partners in Los Angeles and in mergers and acquisitions at TripleTree in Minneapolis, focusing on valuation and transaction advisory. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Rohit Subramaniam joined Goldner Hawn in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, having previously led the financial due diligence team serving the firm and its portfolio companies across buy-side, add-on, and sell-side transactions. Before Goldner Hawn he was a Partner in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at RSM US LLP, and earlier held roles at Duff & Phelps and Ernst & Young. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kansas and a MAcc from the University of Southern California's Leventhal School of Accounting.

Steve Heron joined Goldner Hawn in 2024, where he analyzes investment opportunities and monitors the firm's existing investments. He previously worked in private debt and equity co-investments at Northwestern Mutual Capital in Milwaukee. He holds an MS in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Applied Security Analysis Program and a BBA in Finance from the same university.

Teresa Mohr joined Goldner Hawn in 2007 and works in investor relations, handling investor communications, marketing materials, and the firm's target marketing tools. She also maintains the firm's investor reporting portal, contact management, and deal flow tracking. She holds a degree from the College of St. Benedict.

Tom Prentice is a Strategic Advisor at Goldner Hawn who works with select manufacturing portfolio companies on growth strategy and process improvement. He is president of Medical Combination Products LLC, a consulting firm serving the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, and was previously a founding member of CNS Therapeutics and held leadership roles at Medtronic. He has more than 30 years of industry experience and a history of working with private equity firms.
