Bill Sigona joined Fletcher Spaght in 2008 and leads client engagements on growth strategy for companies and investors in biopharma, life science tools/diagnostics, and Medtech. He also heads the firm's strategic partnering advisory practice and previously sourced deals and conducted due diligence for Fletcher Spaght Ventures. Before FSI, he worked as a strategy consultant in the life sciences practice of Wood Mackenzie and held business development roles at Acusphere, Inc. He holds an MBA from Boston University, an MS in Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Biology from Skidmore College.

Lisa Granick is a Partner at Fletcher Spaght, Inc., where she has worked with healthcare innovators and investors since 1992, focusing on market assessment, product adoption strategies, and investment diligence. Her experience spans cardiac, peripheral vascular, neurosurgical, orthopedics, and women's health sectors, as well as healthcare IT, monitoring/diagnostics, and service companies. She previously worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and as an engineer at Motorola.

Renard Charity is a Managing Partner at Fletcher Spaght who advises large enterprises, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and venture and private equity investors on growth opportunities across sectors such as medical devices, manufacturing, supply chains, CROs, health services, and healthcare IT/analytics. He previously worked at The Boston Consulting Group's healthcare practice, at GE where he helped lead the IPO spinout of a $15B business unit as marketing head of its largest division, at Boston Scientific as head of strategy and in divisional marketing and business development roles, and in Morgan Stanley's M&A department. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an AB from Princeton University.

Guy Fish, MD, MBA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Codman Square Health Center. He previously served as President and CEO of Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, and his career includes roles as a BCG consultant, a Wall Street sell-side analyst, and a senior executive and advisor at FS Ventures and FSI. Fish holds a BA from Harvard, an MD from Yale School of Medicine, and an MBA from Yale School of Management, completed his internal medicine residency at Case Western, and has served on more than 18 boards, including as Trustee of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Peter Low has more than 30 years of experience helping companies and investors identify and evaluate growth opportunities, develop growth plans, and conduct investment due diligence. His work spans healthcare IT/digital health, information security, cloud/XaaS, hardware, communications, and tech-enabled services, as well as contract manufacturing, contract research (CRO), and pharma/MedTech commercialization services. Before joining Fletcher Spaght, he worked in the Chemical Engineering Department at Carnegie Mellon University, where he also earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
