He brings over 15 years of banking leadership experience, including CEO-level roles at a BaFin and Bundesbank-supervised banking group operating across Germany and emerging markets in Southeast Europe. Kostadinov has led the development and restructuring of banking operations, implemented EU credit risk standards in emerging markets, and integrated green finance into business models, achieving a green loan portfolio exceeding 15% of total assets and maintaining non-performing loan rates at 2.5% in 2019.

Diego Stapff is a Portfolio Manager at Finance in Motion, where he manages the eco.business Fund. The fund provides long-term debt financing to financial institutions and corporations in Latin America and Africa to support business practices aligned with biodiversity conservation. Finance in Motion operates as an asset manager focused on impact investing in emerging markets.

Iveta Tancheva-Nikolova is a Fund Director at Finance in Motion with over 15 years of experience in emerging markets finance. She currently manages the SANAD debt fund for MSMEs and serves as a mentor and panel member for fintech initiatives.

Luke Franson is Director of Fund Management & FX/Treasury at Finance in Motion, where he works on development finance and green lending programs in emerging markets. His experience includes structuring renewable energy transactions and managing foreign exchange and treasury functions.

Melanie Aimer is Chief Commercial Officer at Finance in Motion and a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in global financial services, including roles at Citibank, BNP Paribas, Barclays, and Schroders across corporate and investment banking, capital markets, asset management, and wealth management. Her career encompasses leadership in sales, client experience, product strategy, digital solutions, and enterprise transformation, with focus on developing go-to-market strategies and modernizing operations across regulated global environments. She has experience serving mass affluent, high net worth, ultra-high net worth, family office, institutional, and corporate client segments.

Milena Bertram is Chief Sustainability Officer at Finance in Motion, where she leads the firm's Impact & Sustainability department overseeing environmental and social risk management and positive impact measurement across advised funds. She manages implementation of EU sustainable finance regulations and previously co-managed the SANAD Fund for MSMEs, an impact investment vehicle serving North Africa and the Middle East. Her background includes capacity building work with banks and microfinance institutions at a development finance consulting firm, alongside engagement with institutional investors, governments, and financial sector stakeholders.

Nusha Westhoff is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at ZeroStone and Managing Partner at Globalive Capital, an investment company managing over $100 million. She co-founded WIND Mobile, where she served as CFO and Director and led approximately $2.0 billion in capital raises to acquire spectrum and build and operate a wireless network. A Canadian CPA, CA with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance, she has also held roles including corporate controller of a TSX-listed manufacturer and CFO of a U.S. SEC-registered company.

Uwe Schober is Global Head of Equity and member of the Global Management Team at Finance in Motion. With over 25 years in financial services and asset management, he has advised on complex transactions at Warburg, UBS, and Morgan Stanley, and has led debt and equity investments in microfinance, leasing, fintechs, agritechs, and renewable energy across emerging markets. He holds an MBA with distinction from London Business School and is fluent in English and German with working knowledge of French.

Dan McCrea earned a Bachelor of Laws from Queens University Belfast in 2014 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with KPMG Belfast in 2018, later working in Transaction Services at KPMG Belfast and New York. Before joining Beltrae Partners he spent 18 months at Deloitte Ireland as regional lead for Transaction Services in Northern Ireland. At Beltrae he has worked on transactions including the sale of Property News/PropertyPal Ltd and Used Cars Ltd to Daft.ie Ltd and an investment round into OBBI Golf Ltd.
