Bradaigh Wagner joined Endeavour Capital in 2004, working across industries with a focus on food and consumer, specialty retail, niche manufacturing, and distribution companies, particularly in the Pacific Northwest. She previously worked at private equity firm Fenway Partners and at The Beacon Group. She holds an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Derek Eve joined Endeavour Capital in 2011 and leads the firm's Industrials effort, working with companies across industrials, consumer, and technology & business services. Before Endeavour, he was an Associate at the private equity firm Diamond Castle in New York and an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group of Credit Suisse's investment banking division. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Washington.

John von Schlegell co-founded Endeavour Capital in 1991 and has worked with companies in the consumer, industrials, and technology & business services sectors. Before founding Endeavour, he was one of five general partners at the private equity firm GTCR, and previously served as Undersecretary of Health and Human Services in Massachusetts and spent two years in manufacturing at Caterpillar Tractor. He holds an A.B. and an M.B.A., both from Stanford.

Leland Jones joined Endeavour Capital in 2000 in Portland and opened the firm's Los Angeles office in 2006, focusing on companies in transportation and logistics, business services, specialty retail, and insurance and financial services. Before Endeavour, he worked in Coopers & Lybrand's consulting practice in San Francisco on corporate turnarounds, reorganizations, and M&A due diligence and integration, and previously in the firm's accounting practice. He holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an A.B. from University of California, Davis.

Luke Redfern joined Endeavour in 2014 and leads the firm's investing efforts in Business & Technology Services, having worked with companies across professional, business and financial services, transportation and logistics, and niche manufacturing. Before Endeavour, he was an Associate at private equity firm GTCR in Chicago and an Analyst in the Investment Banking group at Credit Suisse in Los Angeles. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Claremont McKenna College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mark Dorman joined Endeavour Capital in 1998, where he has led or co-led investments across a range of industries and held various leadership roles at the firm. Before Endeavour, he was a Partner at the Denver investment banking firm Green Manning & Bunch and previously worked in the investment banking groups at Boettcher & Company (now Wells Fargo) and Morgan Stanley. He holds a B.S. from Lewis and Clark College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Rachel Senko Foltz joined Endeavour in 2013, working with companies in food and consumer, specialty retail, transportation and logistics, and business services. She previously worked as an investment professional at Newstone Capital Partners, an associate at Weston Presidio, and an analyst at UBS Investment Bank. She holds a B.S. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar.

Rahul Lamba first joined Endeavour in 2017 and rejoined in 2023 after earning his MBA. He has worked with companies across transportation and logistics, consumer, business services, industrials, and healthcare. Before Endeavour, he was an investment banking analyst in the Transportation & Logistics Group at Harris Williams, and he holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.

Aaron Richmond joined Endeavour in 1996 and has worked with companies in the Consumer, Industrials, and Technology & Business Services sectors. Before Endeavour, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in its operations practice in Cleveland and Hong Kong, advising manufacturing and distribution clients. He holds an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Dalene Rethmeier joined Endeavour in 2013 and serves as the firm's controller, supporting accounting, audit, and IT functions for Endeavour and Endeavour Funds. She previously worked as Controller of Far West Office Products and spent six years at BT Office Products as Western Region IT Director. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Oregon.

Dante Okpala joined Endeavour Capital in 2026. He previously worked as an Analyst in J.P. Morgan's Mid-Cap Financial Sponsors Group, supporting M&A execution, capital raising, and strategic advisory work for middle market private equity firms. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Debbie Shannon joined Endeavour in 2018 and has worked as an Executive Assistant in the manufacturing, investment, and real estate industries. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Lewis & Clark College in Portland. At the firm she supports Stephen Babson, John von Schlegell, and Shane Smith.

Ellaina Diederich joined Endeavour in 2022 and works in administrative support, recruiting, and human resources within the technology industry. She holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Washington State University and supports Bradaigh Wagner and Aaron Richmond.

Erin Finnerty-Sobel joined Endeavour Capital in 2019, where she provides support to several team members. She was previously an Executive Assistant to the Dean at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Dental Medicine and School of Arts and Sciences. She holds a degree in English from the University of Michigan.

Erin Wallace joined Endeavour in 2001 and serves as Chief Compliance Officer & Director of Administration, overseeing the firm's administrative, regulatory compliance, and operations functions. She previously worked in human resources and recruiting at ProDX. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Reed College and studied songwriting and vocal performance at Berklee College of Music.

Ian McCabe joined Endeavour Capital in 2025. He previously worked as an Analyst in the Energy, Power & Infrastructure group at Harris Williams, advising on M&A engagements across Environmental Services, Energy Management, Engineering & Construction, and Commercial Services. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Politics from Washington and Lee University.

Jake Pearson joined Endeavour in 2024. He previously worked as an Associate in Houlihan Lokey's Business Services Group on M&A and capital raising engagements. He holds an M.S. in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a B.S. from Vanderbilt University.

Julia Talbert joined Endeavour Capital's talent team in 2026 as a Talent Analyst, where she supports executive search and talent strategy by researching CEO and board candidates and works with the Head of Talent on leadership hiring across portfolio companies. She previously worked on the Private Practice Litigation team at Larson Maddox, making placements at defense-side law firms. She holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from San Jose State University.

KelliAnn Riches joined Endeavour in 2025. She has more than ten years of experience in executive support across fintech, health tech, and corporate retail, and provides support to Leland Jones, Luke Redfern, and Rahul Lamba.

Lauren Harkins joined Endeavour in 2018. She previously worked as an administrative assistant in the finance, public relations, and entertainment industries. She holds a B.F.A. in Drama from the College of Fine Arts at Boston University.

Leslie Ainscough joined Endeavour Capital in July 2022, where she supports the accounting, technology, and compliance functions. She previously worked as a full charge bookkeeper in the property management industry and in application analysis and database management in the technology sector.

Michael Finegold joined Endeavour Capital in 2026, where he leads talent strategy across the firm's portfolio, supporting recruiting, hiring processes, organizational design, and workforce planning for portfolio companies. He previously was a Partner at Bespoke Partners advising private equity firms on executive talent, and before that a Partner and executive leadership team member at McDermott + Bull. He holds a degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Peter Lee joined Endeavour in 2025, where he works on fund operations including fund reporting, portfolio company valuations, audit and tax compliance, and investor relations. He previously held finance roles at SVB Capital and Columbia Pacific Advisors, and worked in Deloitte's federal tax practice in Seattle. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Gonzaga University and an M.P.A. in Taxation from the University of Washington, and is a licensed CPA in Washington.

Shane Smith joined Endeavour Capital in 2021, working with companies in the industrials, consumer, and technology & business services sectors. He previously worked as an Associate at Golden Gate Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, focusing on industrial services and niche manufacturing, and as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley covering M&A advisory and capital raising. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University.

Siena Dancsecs joined Endeavour Capital's talent team in 2025 as a Talent Analyst, supporting executive and board-level searches. She previously worked with the Interim Leaders team at McDermott + Bull on executive placements across various industries. She holds a B.S. in Communication Studies with a minor in Journalism from Texas Christian University.

Wilson Ma joined Endeavour in 2023. He previously invested in healthcare companies at Cressey & Company, a middle-market private equity firm, and earlier worked as an investment banking analyst at Citi on M&A advisory and capital raising for industrial, business services, and healthcare companies. He holds an M.B.A. in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
